The wines produced in these regions are sweet white wines, dry, semi-dry or sweet; light red wines; rosés and sparkling wines more. The vineyards are located along the Loire and its tributaries, covering 70,000 hectares. They are spread over several areas of production: Anjou, the Nantes region, the Center and Touraine.
